# Account & Company Profile Settings

> Configure enterprise tenant metadata, billing details, and manage administrator authentication credentials in YPYM DBX.

## Overview

The **Account & Profile** panel in YPYM DBX manages your tenant identity, organizational branding, billing contact records, and administrative access credentials.

Multi-user concurrent access is segregated per client organization, ensuring tenant partitions remain strictly isolated across the platform.

## 1. Account Status & Tenant Quotas

The top header displays your active tenant status and resource allocation:

| Indicator | Type | Description |
| :- | :- | :- |
| **Account Tier Badge** | `Read-only` | Displays your active operational level (`Master Administrator` for platform owners, or `Enterprise Tier` for client tenants). |
| **Tenant Organization** | `Read-only` | The registered company or agency name tied to the active session. |
| **Tenant Partition ID** | `Read-only` | Unique multi-tenant identifier (`master-hq` or specific UUID) used for strict row-level database partitioning in TimescaleDB and PostgreSQL. |
| **Allocated Quota** | `Metric` | Total keyword tracking ceiling allocated to your organization (e.g., `100,000 Keywords`). Crawling requests beyond this limit are automatically blocked. |

## 2. Company / Organization Profile

## 3. Account Credentials & Password Management

DBX enforces strict authentication standards to protect competitive ranking intelligence and API credentials.

> **Active Username**
>
> Fixed identity handle for the logged-in administrator (`admin`). Modifiable only by Super Administrators via database provisioning.

> **Primary Email**
>
> Registered login and account recovery email address (`dev@ypym.app`).

### Changing Your Password

To update your account password:

1. **Current Password**: Enter your existing password. Required as a verification challenge before any credential change is accepted.
2. **New Password**: Enter the replacement password (must be at least **8 characters** with alphanumeric complexity).
3. **Confirm New Password**: Re-enter the new password to prevent accidental typos.
4. Click **Save Profile & Changes**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> If you are only updating company metadata (such as website or billing address), leave all password fields blank. Passwords are never returned in plain text or logged.
