Overview
Welcome to the official YPYM documentation for Sitemap Product Adjustment (July 2026). This guide outlines the core utility, technical specifications, and key features of this component within the YPYM MarTech ecosystem. During the July 2026 development phase, PT Adi Tjandra Teknologi implemented a series of critical UI/UX adjustments and backend enhancements to the YPYM Web Sitemap visualizer platform. These adjustments aim to optimize crawl workflows, support high-frequency user interactions, and enhance infrastructure reporting.1. Multi-Crawl Support & Concurrency Queue
We replaced the single-crawl constraint with a dynamic concurrency queue. Users can now input multiple domains (separated by commas or whitespace) to initiate several crawl jobs simultaneously.- Concurrency Limit: Supports up to 5 concurrent active crawls running at the same time.
- Asynchronous Completion: Crawls complete independently based on the target website’s complexity, displaying live statuses for each.
2. Enhanced UI/UX Indicators
To improve user awareness during long-running crawls, we introduced highly noticeable visual loading cues:- High-Contrast Black Spinners: Each running crawl shows a spinning black loader in the side panel.
- Alignments & Layout Symmetry: Balanced the vertical padding/offset of the left Summary Card and the right Side/Tree Panels to a consistent 16px top offset, ensuring perfect parallel alignment across the React Flow canvas.
- Centered Controls: The React Flow zoom in/out and fit-view controls have been repositioned to the bottom-center of the canvas in a clean, horizontal row configuration.
3. Email Notifications & Dual-Routing Architecture
We designed a dual-routed notification flow that routes completion messages depending on the recipient:4. Cumulative Insights Tracking & Crawl Durations
Analytical data is now tracked persistently in the backend via a localinsights.json cache:
- Crawl Durations: The duration of each crawl in seconds is calculated and saved in the output filename, allowing the UI to display precise metrics (e.g.,
1m 38sor15s) next to each history entry. - Insights Counters: Accumulates total crawls and unique users to help the dev team monitor server resource utilization.
